Send environment information to tech. support Question: How can I send information about my workstation environment to Resource Dynamics?
Answer: 1. Run Tele-Support HelpDesk 2. From the main menu, select "Help" and then "About" 3. Select the 'Technical" tab 4. Select "Submit Technical Support Information" (you may need to confirm sending the e-mail from your e-mail software).
