How do I convert data to version 3.0 Question: How do I convert version 2.2 data to version 3.0?
Answer: The attached conversion will convert version 2.2 release 2 ONLY data. If you are running an older version / release DO NOT run this conversion. Contact our Sales Team (Sales@resource-dynamics.com) for instructions on how to first upgrade to the proper version compatible with the conversion.
Once your HelpDesk database is successfully upgraded to version 2.2 release 2, then you can unzip and run the attached conversion.
IMPORTANT.....the conversion will overwrite existing version 3.0 data
