Access Database Security Question: Can I use the security that is available in Microsoft Access with my Tele-Support HelpDesk database?
Answer: With Tele-Support HelpDesk version 3.0, you can include Microsoft Access security for your Helpdesk3.mdb database. In order to take advantage of this security, you will need to specify your user name and password in the TSHD3.udl Microsoft Universal Data Link File (the user name and password settings are found under the "provider" tab). You may also have to specify the system database (under the "all" tab).
Caution... ONLY experienced MicroSoft ACCESS users should attempt this task. Resource Dynamics is NOT responsible for any damage that may be caused to your database.
