Question:

Can you set a default Product / Category for the open inquiry?

 

Answer:

Yes.  With existing items that you have already added to your Products table.

 

Default Category = Blank

Default Product = Blank

 

If you select Category to set a default, you will be presented with a tree view of existing Cateogies to select from.  

 

If you select Products to set a default, you will be presented with a tree view of existing Products to select from.
