Question:

I want to print All RMA's but can only select one at a time to printout

Answer:

This is not a bug but a change.  The internal will only print a single RMA.  We have created  two RMA Crystal Reports that can be added to the Report Menu, which will allow the selection of multiple RMA's to be printed.  You can downloaded the new reports from our UPDATE website at www.resource-dynamics.com/helpdesk.htm click on UPDATE -

• Version 2.1 - scroll down the site to locate Reports
• Version 2.2 - download the HD22RptRefresh.exe (user name & password required)
