Question:

Closing HD gets illego OP invalid page fault in Kernal32.dll.  This has been tracked down to random environment running TeleSupport HelpDesk on Windows 98 & ME workstation and where users may have updated to MDAC 2.5. 

Answer:

KI#10175: Error happens out side the realm of HelpDesk.  We are continuing our efforts to find a resolution, however because the error is random, we have been unable to reproduce and capture critical data to may hold the answer.  Please check the UPDATE web site periodically and review the "what's new" text file for any information regarding this issue.  Information and updates will be posted as they become available.  

Although this may be an inconvenience, this closing error in no way effects the closing of critical files with in HelpDesk.
