Tele-Support HelpDesk Hot Tips

Question:

I have received a Tele-Support HelpDesk (TSHD32.exe) update from Resource-Dynamics.  How do I distribute this update to our HelpDesk users?

Answer:

Place the TSHD32.exe in your HelpDesk server directory (where your HelpDesk.mdb is located).  When your users launch HelpDesk from the icon on their desktops (i.e. the HelpDesk2.exe file), the file you placed in the server directory will be copied into their local directories.
