Sending environment information to RDI Question: How can I send information about my workstation environment to Resource Dynamics?
Answer: 1. Run HelpDesk. 2. From the main menu, select Help - About. 3. Select the Resource Dynamics tab, and then the Technical Information item to the left. 4. Select e-mail report to technical support (you may need to confirm sending the e-mail from your e-mail software).
