Question:
Category / Product (non-supervisors) will allow you to select from the list box only. Is there a work around in the case where a non-supervisor is taking a call and a new category/product has not yet been added to the selection list box? How does a non-supervisor user continue?
Answer:
You can create a "Temp" Category & "Temp" Product and once a supervisor has updated the Category / Product listing, can simply open the inquiry and edit the fields.
You can also use the <<None>> Category / Product that is a default with the application, if you have not deleted it.
