Question:

Trying to run the HDUpdate.exe and returns message "Software Requires Additional Space..."

Answer:

During the update processing, there needs to be enough disk and virtural memory space available to make a full copy of your helpdesk.mdb.  This is a safety backup in the event the update is not successful.  You need to run the HDUpdate.exe on a workstation with enough disk space and memory.
