Tele-Support HelpDesk Hot Tips

What is the compatiblity with currently Tele-Support HelpDesk version 2.1, release 6, build 2420 with GoldMine v6 dbase or GM SQL v6

Temp Answer:

Currently HelpDesk verison(s) 2.0 / 2.1 are NOT compatible with GoldMine v6 dbase or sql.

Note:

We have several clients working with GoldMine v6 and Tele-Support HelpDesk version 2.1.6.2420 with out reporting any issues, other then having to rename the exe file and gmxS32.dll file.

I you have upgraded your GoldMine to v6 dbase or sql, then you will need to upgrade HelpDesk for further support.
