Secodary Email Selection

Question:

We have secondary email address for our contacts, how can we display them in HelpDesk?

 

Answer:

Currenly you can not display (map) a secondary email address.  If using GoldMine this is because of the API.  Work around is to either manually enter the email address, switch the secondary email with your primary or map the secondary email address into the center view tabs.  You can also map the secondary e-mail field to the center panel.  Depending on the type of field mapped from the contact manager, these fields may be "Read ONLY" regardless if you select "Allow Editing".
