How to display HelpDesk notes through the ACCESS helpdesk.mdb

Answer:

 It is EXTREMELY dangerous to do it this way and allow modification to any field other than memos...some fields have specific values that must not be changed by anything other than HelpDesk.  Only a knowledge user of ACCESS Programming should attempt this. Steps to follow:

Open Access - Go to Forms - select create form by using wizard - select the inquiry table & include the inquiry number & memo fields- next columnar layout - next - standard sytle and give it a name.
