Question:

Why does the date of 01/01/2200 display in the Inquiry Table, column ESCDATE?

 

Answer:

A date of 01/01/2200 is an inquiry which has escalated and needs no further escalation.  The date of 1/1/2200 takes the inquiry "out of 

play".  When escalation runs, any inquiry with a date of 01/01/2200 will be passed.
