New Inquiry Search User Defined 1 & 2

Question:

I have mapped fields from my Contact Manager to the Contact Field Mappings User Defined 1 & 2 Fields, but they do not display when I select New Inquiry Search?

 

Answer:

GoldMine Users:  You can still map the fields and the data will display, but you can not use them to search on since they are not indexed fields. You can only use the available fields in the drop down list box to search, which include the Key1 through 5 fields.  Contact us for additional information on how to relable the prompts for Key1 through 5.

 

ACT! Users:  If you are using ACT!2000, you can still map the fields and the data will display, but you can not use them to search on.
