Is TeleSupport HelpDesk compatible with OutLook XP?

Answer:

TeleSupport HelpDesk is compatible to true MAPI Client e-mail applications.  Based on information obtained directly from the Microsoft web site, OutLook XP is MAPI compliant.  If you are having problems sending e-mail from a workstation, then try the following:

1.  Reinstall your OutLook XP and make sure you are logged in as an administrator when doing so.

2.  Make sure you have applied all the current updates and patches for OutLook XP.

3.  If using Symantex Winfax, there is a Known Issues posted on Microsofts web site.  Where OutLook XP can be disabled when using this application.
