How can I track Product Inventory in HD?

Answer:

You could create a field in your contact manager that is a hyper-link that launches a spread sheet.  You can then link the spread sheet to the inquiry by selecting "contact" as the type of link.  Then on all new inquiries for this contact, the spread sheet would be available by clicking on the link's tab and switching from inquiry to contact type of link.

You also have the ability to use the Launch Pad from the menu bar to launch any external application, such as spread sheets, web sites, etc..
