Question:

Our company had a name change, how do I update the registration screen in HelpDesk?

 

Answer:

Currently in version 2.0 & 2.1 you would have to delete the hdesk.lic file from each workstation and register again.  FIRST you must contact Resource Dynmaics with any changes being made to the registration file.  You can change the contact name by going to Help - Register Product - Fill out form making changes where you are able and call Resource Dynamics to re-active

 

In version 2.2, you can request a new license.  Email Sales@resource-dynamics.com with details and they will generate a new license with updated company information and send to you.

 

Note...Tele-Support HelpDesk license is NON-Transferable.  If chaning your complete company name & location, will require proof of legal change.
