How much space is available in the Original Problem Notes & Resolution Notes per inquiry?

Answer:

Currently you only have 32K of available space to write notes.  For majority of users, this should be more then enough space.  However if you make lenghty detailed notes, you may use up your available space.  Then you would need to create a links folder and cut/paste notes into a word doc and save.  Example:  Name the Folder Resolution Notes and use the inquiry number as the file name, since the inquiry number is unique and never duplicated.
