CTI Integration

Question:

Does HelpDesk have CTI integration and caller ID?

 

Answer:

HelpDesk does not have a CTI interation.  The contact managers do have CTI and caller ID and since the contact managers would have phone numbers of all customers, etc. and HelpDesk would not have them until an inquiry is started, most who would need that feature use it from the contact manager.  Both ACT! and GM have CTI or add-ons that perform that task.
