What are the standard minimum requirments for TeleSupport HelpDesk?

Answer:

Networks:

Tested under Novell (using Novell 3.11 must have long file name support enabled), Windows NT, Windows 98, Windows 2K

Suggested..Pentium 3 or better, 500 mhz, 258 MB RAM per processor.

Workstations:

Tested under Windows NT, Windows 2K, Windows 98 

Suggested..Pentium class type machine, 233 mhz, 64 MB RAM.  

This is based on just running HelpDesk and contact manager.  Running other applications will impact the resources which may require a faster processor and additional RAM.
