Error: The procedure entry point GetIUMScouldnot be located in the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL

Use Google Search Engine for "MSDART.dll" or visit Microsoft's web site and search for MSDART.dll.

This is a Microsoft supplied dll file that must be present on the workstation.  The file is either missing or corrupted.

Try making a copy of the msdart.dll and store it somewhere like my documents then try renaming MSDART.DLL to MSDART32.DLL. from our research through Google, we found that apparently, Windows XP names the file incorrectly.
