Concurrent User Limit Reached
This message is being displayed for one of two reasons:
- All authorized licenses are curently in use
- User(s) have locked the license file

There are several ways to resolve this:
First check the splash screen when you start HelpDesk to see how many license users you have.
Then the following tips should help you to resolve the issue:
- Open the DBUtil.exe application (must have supervisor rights) and logon - view the attached users. Remember the DBUtil will display as an attached user. If there are other users being displayed then they are currently accessing a user license.
- If the license file is locked by the user, you can force a log off, but you will still need to physcially reboot the users workstation to clear the lock.
- You can open the helpdesk database and locate the USERS table and the column titled OPON enter a 0 (zero) in the column by each user.
