Crystal Report returns Invalid Date Format

Tele-Support HelpDesk source code is written in DELPHI and when using Crystal Reports, there are some parameter formats that are NOT supported.

The following are a current list of unsupported parameter formats:

• Date format can not contain alph characters.  Example 01-DEC-2004, January 01, 2004.  You need to change the regional setting to a numeric format to avoid this error message
