Tele-Support HelpDesk Hot Tips

Please note the following before sending your Tele-Support Helpdesk database to Resource Dynamics

• Our email server will only allow attachments that are 5MB or smaller.  If your database is larger than 5MB, please try compressing it with an application such as WinZip.  If doing so does not reduce the size to 5MB, you will need to upload the file to your web site and then contact our Support Team with instructions on how to download (ie..URL, user name, password).
• Resource Dynamics will use the data you provide for debugging your Tele-Support Helpdesk issue.  Once we have resolved your issue, we will destroy your data.  Resource Dynamics, Inc. does not and will not use any of this information for any other purpose than resolving the reported problem.
• Any and all informaiton provided to Resource Dynamics is kept private.
