Exiting HelpDesk

To exit HelpDesk properly, you should use either File - Exit or use the "X" in the upper right corner of application.

When using the right click on the HD Icon (top left or task bar), with some O/S can cause a closing error.  

When using these close points, the user may not fully be logged out of the HelpDesk application.
