ACT! Fields are READ ONLY..
- The default E-mail field in ACT! is a Read ONLY field. This field can not be modified from HelpDesk.
- The default E-mail feild in ACT! can NOT be used for New Inquiry Search. The application interface for third party application is blocked from accessing this field at this time.
- The default Web Address field in ACT! is a Read ONLY field. This field can not be modified from HelpDesk.
You can map the above fields to the center tab fields (view 1,2,3) and allow editing, changes will NOT be written back to ACT!.
