How can I export portions of my Microsoft Access database?
Answer:
Exporting a Table
- Select the table that you would like to export records from
- Select "File" and then "Export"
- In the "Save as type" drop down list, select the format that you would like to export to (some formats may require additional steps)
- Select the "File name" to where you would like to save the records
- Select "Save All"
Exporting Selected Records from a Table
- Highlight the records that you would like to export
- Select "File" and then "Export"
- In the "Save as type" drop down list, select the format that you would like to export to (some formats may require additional steps)
- Select the "File name" to where you would like to save the records
- Select the down arrow button that is located next to the "Save All" button
- Select the "Save Selection" option
