TM See Only Level

Question:

When I am on level 2 or 3, why are there no indexes available? They are there for other users. 

 

Answer:

You probably have one of the "See Only Level..." options marked in the Contact Manager menu. When marked, these options will allow you to see only those records that are attached to the current parent record; however the result of this is that indexes, which are not configured for use with the "See Only" feature, will not be available.
