GEN0000011 TM User Locked in System
Problem:
TeleMagic user getting a message that user is still logged in.
Resolution:
1. Go to the TM directory on Server
2. Go to the USERS folder
3. Find user locked in TM
4. Delete saved.win
If this doesn't work go into the Common subdirectory located in the TeleMagic directory and delete the netcomm.dbf file and try again.
