GEN0000009 TM ini file Missing
Problem:
Trying to Log into TeleMagic and get error regarding TM.ini file missing:
Resolution:
Go directly to the Server Machine
If Using Windows 2K or NT:
Start - Programs - Admin Tools - Computer Management - Shared Folders - Open Files:
locate the tm.ini file and see who has the file accessed - then have the person reboot their computer -
back on the server after they rebooted - refresh the screen - the file should be gone now -
try loggin in Telemagic now.
