QA00005 Dr Watson Error Question: I'm getting Dr. Watson error?
Answer: This is a diagnostics application that is know to report false errors and readings. Turn off Dr. Watson tracking and try issue again. If problem still occurrs then copy the excmagic.log file from the workstation that displayed the error and email along with a screen shot to Support@resource-dynamics.com.
IMPORTANT.... Once you restart HelpDesk you will overwrite the current log file.
