How to I connect to a different contact manager without loosing my settings?

Answer:

If you want to connect to a different contact manager, you need to delete the tshd32user.ini file and log into HD again.  It will prompt you for a contact manager to link with, then following prompts.  Make sure you have NO current inquiries open when you switch CM's.  Breaking this link will cause errors when you try an open and/or edit this current inquiry. When changing CM's, you will still have access to viewing the history in HD but the contact data will be blank.
